Help Wanted

The Topsfield School Committee is seeking a “Recording Secretary” to attend and transcribe the minutes of the Topsfield School Committee meetings, which generally meets once a month (occasionally twice) from September through June on Thursday evenings and once during the months of July and August.

The meeting rate is $119.00, which includes attendance and transcribing the minutes of the meeting.

If you are interested in this position, please submit cover letter and resume to the Office of the Superintendent, 28 Middleton Road, Boxford, MA 01921 by Friday, January 27, 2017.

Tri-Town SEPAC Meeting

Tri-Town Special Education Parent Advisory Council – The next meeting of the Tri-Town SEPAC is scheduled for Wednesday, January 11, 7pm in the Masconomet Middle School Library. This Council supports the Boxford, Middleton and Topsfield Elementary Schools and the Masconomet Regional Middle and High Schools. Please plan to join us if you have an interest in special education and associated services within this community! Your ideas and feedback is important for the successful support of this community. At this meeting, we’ll present and explain Parental Rights & the Special Education Processes as outlined by state and federal laws in support of ensuring that all special education eligible students receive free appropriate pubic education (FAPE). This is an excellent opportunity to ask questions and get clarity on the associated processes, roles and accountability.
