Beginning the week of 3/25, your children will be participating in their second year of D.A.S.H. (Disability Awareness Starts Here); this program has been run in the district for 24 years, and is only successful due to amazing parent volunteers who teach and run activities in the classroom. The 3rd Grade curriculum will teach your child about Hearing Impairments and Deafness.
This year’s classes will run as follows:
Mondays 3/25 and 4/1:
12:30-1:30 – Coates/Guido
1:30-2:30 – Medugno
Wedensdays 3/27 and 4/3:
9:00-10:00 – Cronin
Thursdays 3/28 and 4/4:
9:00-10:00 – Gibson
Fridays 3/29 and 4/5:
12:30-1:30 – Hartley
1:30-2:30 – Solomon

In addition, we are still looking for ONE more parent to help with the curriculum teaching. If you would like more information, please contact Jennifer Bonomo at email@example.com or Gretchen Fishman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be unable to teach the curriculum in any classes that do not have parent volunteers. We thank you in advance for your commitment to this amazing program and look forward to seeing you in your child’s class in March!
