Food For Thought is a food rescue program in which students are encouraged to donate their unopened food packages during lunches instead of throwing them in the trash. This project is in order to reduce our contribution to global warming and to bridge the gap between Food Insecurity and Food Waste.

Volunteers are needed to help the Food Rescue Program function efficiently:
What: Transporting Donated Food to Emmaus House, Haverhill, MA
Who: Parents of the Boxford Community
Where: From Spofford Pond Elementary School to Emmaus House, Haverhill
When: Once a Week on Tuesdays at 1:30 pm
